Vintage Alphonse Liebert Studio Photo, Alphonse Liébert will be one of the few photographers to stay in Paris during the Paris Commune of 1871. He will photograph the buildings destroyed by the fighting of the bloody week and the many barricades built by the Communards. He will be the only one to photograph the ruins located in the suburbs of Paris resulting from the bombings of the Prussian army
